After a looooooonnnnnnnng time blogging a few on wordpress.com and not feeling very comfortable with the limited options they provide, I decided to host my own site and a blog with my own rules. From now and one my site will be hosted at Github pages.
The main structure is a simple HTML template build with Bootstrap, the blog is powered by Jekyll, it makes write and publish incredibly easy. I am so happy to have a site and a blog where I can share my thoughts. The best part is now I have a domain o/.
I am not going to export posts from my previous blog, I feel better starting from scratch. However I will not erase it, I will keep it up all the time that Wordpress let me.
P.S. I will publish an article about how Github pages and Jekyll let my new site be online and better than ever.
